Orders are despatched by myHermes within the UK, and by courier to Europe and the rest of the World. As all our corsets are made to measure, our turnaround for corset orders is 6-8 weeks, so please be patient!
Heavenly Corsets is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel goes missing or is damaged in transit we will provide you with the relevant tracking number so that you may make a claim with the courier. Please also note that items sent outside of the UK may be subject to import duty. Should you wish to return your corset to Heavenly Corsets for repair or alteration, please contact us prior to sending to discuss. Please note that any worn corset returned to us for repair MUST be dry cleaned or laundered before sending. Failure to do so will incur a handling charge of £50 and your corset will be returned directly to you un-repaired. We do not handle un-laundered garments for health and hygeine reasons.
